1. Agreement

These terms are between you and ClaudeArchitect (“we”, “us”) and govern your use of claudearchitect.com. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

2. We are independent of Anthropic

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Give us accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for your credentials and everything done under your account.
• Tell us promptly at hello@claudearchitect.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Listings and verification

Joining the directory is free. Before we publish a credential badge we check the evidence you give us against the credential you claim, and we record the date it was awarded.

What verification means, precisely:

• We checked the evidence you supplied and it supported the credential claimed, on the date shown.
• It is not an audit of your work, a guarantee of competence, a recommendation, or a warranty of any outcome.
• Credentials expire. A verified badge reflects the position at its stated date, not necessarily today.

You keep ownership of what you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute your profile content for the purpose of running and promoting the directory. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies in backups and anywhere it has already been cached or indexed by third parties, which we cannot control.

We may decline, edit, suspend or remove a listing — including one that is verified — if it is inaccurate, misleading, breaches these terms, or if the credential behind it lapses or is withdrawn. Material edits to a live profile return it to review before republishing.

6. Aggregated and de-identified data

Running this platform shows us things that are not about any one person: what Claude work is being commissioned, how it gets scoped, what it tends to cost, how long it runs, which skills are asked for. That picture only exists in aggregate, and it is genuinely useful. We want to be straight with you about it rather than bury it.

So, alongside the licence above:

• You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to create and use aggregated and de-identified data derived from your use of the platform — including briefs, proposals, engagements, reviews and activity — for any purpose, including research, benchmarking, publication and commercial use.
• This right survives your account closing and these terms ending. Deleting your account removes your personal information and your content; it does not unwind statistics already derived from it, because those no longer identify you.

The limits matter more than the grant, so they are explicit:

• Aggregated and de-identified means it does not name you, your company, your client or any individual, and cannot reasonably be used to work out who any of them are.
• We will never publish or sell your brief, your proposal, your pricing or your review as yours. Those stay sealed exactly as set out elsewhere in these terms.
• We will not try to re-identify anyone from aggregated data, and we will not hand it to anyone else to do so.
• Nothing here gives us any right over your personal information beyond what the Privacy Policy sets out.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory or discriminatory content.
• Claim a credential you do not hold, or submit forged or altered evidence.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the directory, or resell its contents.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use the site to send spam or to harvest contact details for unsolicited approaches.
• Suggest that Anthropic endorses you, your firm, or this site.

Submitting fraudulent credential evidence will get your account terminated and your listing removed permanently.

8. Our content

The guides, brand, design and code are ours or our licensors’. You may read, share and quote them with attribution and a link. You may not republish them wholesale or present them as your own. Facts we cite from Anthropic’s materials belong to Anthropic.

We work hard to source every factual claim about the certification programme and to date it. Even so, the programme changes, and our guides are provided for information only — they are not professional advice, and they are not a substitute for Anthropic’s official documentation.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change is material and affects listings, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ZAR 1,000.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you publish, your breach of these terms, or your engagement with anyone found through the directory.

12. Ending it

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — licences already granted, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnities — do.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
