By accessing or using ClaudeArchitect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Credit System: ClaudeArchitect operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
Pricing: Credit costs vary based on task complexity. Estimated costs are shown before execution. Actual costs may vary slightly based on processing requirements.
Free Credits: New users receive 100 free credits upon account creation. Free credits cannot be transferred or cashed out.
Refunds: Credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of billing errors or service failures on our end.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload and the outputs generated from your requests. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service.
Our Service: ClaudeArchitect, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service.
AI Outputs: Content generated by AI may have limitations on copyright protection. You are responsible for verifying the appropriateness and legality of using AI-generated content for your purposes.
ClaudeArchitect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, especially for business, financial, or legal purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaudeArchitect and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Remaining credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
The following terms apply when you download, access, or use ClaudeArchitect through the Apple App Store. These terms are in addition to the general Terms of Service above and are required by Apple Inc.
Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that this agreement is between you and ClaudeArchitect only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). ClaudeArchitect, not Apple, is solely responsible for the ClaudeArchitect application ("Licensed Application") and its content.
Scope of License: The license granted to you for the Licensed Application is a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Except as provided in the Usage Rules, you may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
Maintenance and Support: ClaudeArchitect is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this agreement or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
Warranty: ClaudeArchitect is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be ClaudeArchitect's sole responsibility.
Product Claims: You acknowledge that ClaudeArchitect, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property Claims: In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, ClaudeArchitect, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-Party Terms: You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application, including any third-party services or APIs accessed through the application.
Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this End User License Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
