Security is foundational to ClaudeArchitect. Here's how we protect your information.

End-to-End Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Secure Infrastructure

Hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance and continuous monitoring.

Auto-Expiring Files

Generated files expire and are deleted after 7 days. Uploaded files are removed within 24 hours.

Access Controls

Your files are accessible only to you via secure, signed URLs that cannot be shared.

Data Protection

No Training on Your Data: We do not use your uploaded content or generated outputs to train AI models. Your data remains yours.

Minimal Data Retention: We only store data necessary to provide the service. Files are processed and deleted according to our retention schedule.

Isolation: Each user's data is isolated. There is no cross-contamination between accounts.

Authentication Security

Account security is powered by Firebase Authentication, which provides:

  • Secure password hashing using industry-standard algorithms
  • Protection against brute-force attacks
  • Session management with automatic token rotation
  • Support for email verification

API Security

All API communications are secured with:

  • HTTPS-only connections with TLS 1.3
  • API rate limiting to prevent abuse
  • Request validation and sanitization
  • Secure token-based authentication

Third-Party Security

We carefully vet our third-party providers:

  • Anthropic (Claude): Enterprise-grade AI provider with robust security practices
  • Firebase: Google Cloud infrastructure with SOC 1/2/3 and ISO 27001 compliance
  • Payment Processing: PCI DSS compliant payment handling

Incident Response

In the event of a security incident:

  • We maintain 24/7 security monitoring
  • Affected users will be notified within 72 hours
  • We conduct thorough post-incident analysis
  • Remediation steps are implemented immediately

Help us keep your account secure:

  • Use a strong, unique password for your account
  • Don't share your account credentials with others
  • Log out when using shared devices
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately
  • Avoid uploading sensitive data that isn't necessary for your task
